Chief Executive Officer - MAS Active

​Muditha joined MAS Holdings in 1998 as a Management Accountant and soon ventured into diverse roles taking up leadership positions at MAS Active, as well as operating as the Chief Executive Officer of Linea Aqua (Private) Limited prior to his present role.

Moving into manufacturing early in his career, Muditha was instrumental in optimising manufacturing at Shadeline and setting up Contourline, triggering business growth across MAS Active. He was also on the advisory committee to set up Linea AITC, which is designed to support the Apparel Innovation and Training Centre in Sri Lanka for a leading brand.

An ardent advocate of lean philosophies, Muditha was instrumental in supporting the lean implementation and transformation of many manufacturing facilities and businesses at MAS Active. His initiative to drive lean across customer interface teams and administrative teams has transformed them into efficient customer centric units.

Muditha has been a part of Executive Development Programmes carried out by INSEAD, and has received Lean Training from AOTS, Nagoya, Japan and the Lean Institute University of Kentucky. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), he has attended the “Performance at Peak” programme at CCL designed for senior leadership at MAS.
