With a career spanning nearly two decades in both private and public capital markets across the USA, Europe and the APAC, Thomas possess a wealth of knowledge in strategy formulation and has become a key influencer in our investment decisions. ​

​Seeing finance as a tool alongside business strategy and risk management, Thomas seeks to help businesses and their stakeholders create value over the long term in a sustainable manner. He is also the founder of ASEAN Strategic Partners (SG), an SME Direct Investment Platform, and has board experience from roles in various portfolio companies.​

​Having started his career at UBS Investment Bank, Thomas spent over a decade in various roles in Blackstone’s Global Private Equity team. He is an alumni of of ESB Business School (Germany) and Reims Management School (France).
