MAS Operating System (MOS) is the company’s personalized lean manufacturing system based on the Toyota Production System. Emphasizing on maximization of resources used with the objective of becoming responsive to customer demand, MOS enables us to provide value for money solutions from design to delivery, ensuring the highest quality, at the lowest cost, and delivery in the shortest lead time.

Lean manufacturing internalized through MOS established a more operationally empowered workforce along with lean leadership within the business. Our systematic approach has empowered employees & led to setting standards, aligning strategies, goals and objectives at MAS within our very own ‘Hoshin Kanri’ framework. From this foundation of lean manufacturing, our continuous efforts to improve lean practices in our operation formed the foundation of establishing a ‘Lean Enterprise’ across the organization.
